Auto Mouse Jiggler Mover

Auto Mouse Jiggler Mover is a lightweight macOS menu bar utility for people who step away from the keyboard while staying engaged with their work.

The app is built with accessibility in mind. Many users pace, walk, or take frequent movement breaks while still concentrating on a task - including users with Tourette syndrome, ADHD, or other neurodiverse work patterns. Users who follow content via captions, audio, or screen readers may also remain fully engaged without continuously moving the mouse or keyboard. The app supports the spirit of Section 508 and WCAG 2.2.1 (Timing Adjustable): a person should not be excluded just because they take movement breaks or interact with a computer differently.

How it works
The app lives in the macOS menu bar - no dock icon, no extra windows. You decide how it behaves and how often.

Features
• Choose any activity interval from 10 seconds to 24 hours
• Custom intervals down to the second for personal rhythms
• Optional periodic mouse movement, or no movement at all
• Auto-stop timer so the app shuts itself off after a defined time
• Yields immediately when you touch the mouse or keyboard
• Skip on battery, when the screen is locked, or when you are already active
• Optional Launch on Login
• Status icon coloring is optional and easy to disable
• Light and dark mode support, with proper contrast in both

Optional accessibility-API feature
A separate, opt-in setting can refresh the system idle-timing signal without moving the cursor. This is intended for users who remain engaged with content via audio, captions, or assistive technology, but do not continuously interact via mouse or keyboard. It is off by default and requires the user to grant Accessibility permission in System Settings.

Privacy
The app runs entirely on your Mac. It does not connect to the internet, does not collect personal data, and includes no analytics or tracking.

In-app purchases
The core experience is available without purchase. Optional in-app purchases unlock an extended auto-stop timer and similar additional features. A subscription option with a trial period is also offered.
