In order to suppress and divert the excessive traffic demand during peak hours, the Government of Hong Kong has implemented Time-varying Tolls at the three Road Harbour Crossings (RHCs) on 17th December 2023, namely the Western Harbour Crossings, the Cross Harbour Tunnel, and the Eastern Harbour Crossings. The Time-varying Tolls applies to private cars and motorcycles.
