SOUND ENGINE • PWM Oscillator - Classic pulse-width modulation for warm, analog-style tones • FM Oscillator - Frequency modulation for complex, evolving timbres • Dual Filters - Dual filters with resonance control for tonal shaping • Flexible Routing - Route each oscillator to either or both filters MODULATION & DYNAMICS • 2 LFOs - Modulate frequency, filters, effects, and more for movement and evolution • 2 ADSR Envelopes - Shape filter cutoff and amplitude over time • Clock-Sync Option - Lock modulation to tempo for rhythmic textures EFFECTS • Distortion - Add warmth and saturation • Stereo Delay - Spacious echoes with feedback control • Reverb - Lush ambience and depth STANDALONE APP CAVES is currently a standalone synthesizer. AUv3 plugin support is planned for a future update. Perfect for ambient / drone compositions, sound design, and sonic experimentation.
