And that’s what we teach at Oak + Lotus. Hamaara Yoga means "our yoga" in Hindi, because we believe that yoga belongs to everybody, and is for every body. The mission of the Hamaara Yoga method is to take the intimidation out of yoga, and teach it as originally intended: a way of life, not a workout. Hamaara Yoga isn't just a way to move your body; it's a self-care toolset for the modern-day grownup. Come as you are, leave feeling better: physically, mentally, and emotionally. We offer Flow, Yin, and Prenatal yoga for all levels of experience and body types. We don't care how fancy your pants are or if you can do a headstand - we're just here to help you feel your best.
