1. Block Distracting Apps and Websites
Stay focused using Apple’s Screen Time API:
- Quick Freeze: Temporarily block apps and websites whenever you need to focus.
- Rules: Schedule blocks at specific times throughout the week.
- Pomodoro Freeze: Automatically block apps during Pomodoro focus sessions.
- Block Modes: Regular or Intentional
    *Regular: Take limited time-outs by solving a quick math problem or answering a prompt. Customize duration, delay, and number of time-outs.
    *Intentional: Set how long you want to use an app. Once the timer ends, the app locks until you reset it.
- Motivational Screens: See uplifting and motivational phrases when opening blocked apps.
- Screen Time Reports: View your daily usage of your selected distracting apps.
