Prism Health is a digital health platform that helps users record, monitor, and manage health information in one secure place.

With Prism Health, users can:

• Review medical conditions and health history
• Access consultation and visit history

• View personalized health risk assessments and insights
• Store and access health records securely

In the iOS app, health-related measurements displayed in Prism Health come from Apple Health / HealthKit with the user’s permission, or are entered manually by the user. Prism Health does not use the iPhone alone to measure blood pressure, blood glucose, blood oxygen, body temperature, or other vitals.
