FlareLog keeps skin photos and daily context together, so you can review what happened over time and prepare a clearer record for a dermatology consultation. It is a personal logging tool, not a diagnostic or treatment app.

[ DAILY LOGGING ]

Record skin severity on a 0–5 scale. Add sleep, possible triggers, care actions, notes, and photos when relevant. Apple Health sleep import is optional and read-only.

[ CONSISTENT PHOTOS ]

Choose the body area you are photographing, use a framing guide, and optionally overlay the previous photo from the same area while taking the next one. This makes repeated photos easier to line up.

[ PHOTO COMPARISON ]

Compare your latest photo with the previous one using a draggable before/after view. See the actual number of days between photos, and zoom or pan for a closer look.

[ CALENDAR & SUMMARIES ]

Review recorded days in a calendar and see descriptive summaries of your own entries. When enough comparable records are available, Pro can compare tagged and untagged days or group same-day severity by sleep range. These are observations only and do not establish a cause.

No account is required. Skin logs and photos stay on your device. FlareLog has no ads or third-party behavior analytics.
