Recalla helps you remember where physical things are stored.

Save items with a name, a location note, a photo, optional tags, and a space, then find them again in seconds through search, filters, and a clear structure of spaces and subspaces.

Use Recalla at home, in a garage, workshop, office, guest house, stock room, service vehicle, camper, rental property, or shared family space. From keys, cables and chargers to tools, spare parts, documents, linens, cleaning supplies, maintenance equipment, and everyday belongings, Recalla keeps the answer in one place instead of in someone’s memory.

Recalla is also useful when several people need access to the same information. You can share selected spaces or individual items with trusted people, using read-only or editing access depending on the situation. Shared content is clearly separated from your own content, so everyone knows what they can view, edit, or manage.

The app now also includes item activity tools. You can confirm that an item is still visible, mark it as checked out when someone takes it, and mark it as checked in when it is returned. Recent activity helps you understand when an item was last checked, who used it, and whether it is currently available.

Recalla can be especially helpful for people who experience forgetfulness, memory challenges, or mental overload and want a simple visual system to keep track of everyday belongings without turning every drawer into an archaeological dig.
