Misoki is the first app built specifically for misophonia. 

It uses on-device AI to detect and reduce trigger sounds in real time while you're eating with family, sitting in class, or just trying to get through the day. No cloud processing, no lag, everything runs privately on your device.

But Misoki goes far beyond filtering. It combines real-time sound reduction with proven therapeutic techniques such as CBT and NRT-based exercises, guided breathing, a personal trigger diary, and scenario-based practice for the situations that are hardest. It's a complete support system, not just a tool.
