OZ Mortgage Calculator

This app is a calculator for Australian mortgage and transfer duty planning. No user account is required. Calculations are performed locally and are estimates only with in-app assumptions and official-source references. Purchases, restores, and Pro entitlement checks use Apple in-app purchase services and RevenueCat.

The app is free to download. Optional OZ Mortgage Pro in-app purchases unlock Scenario Compare and snapshot image sharing only. Core Mortgage and Stamp Duty calculators, text sharing, settings basics, and compliance/reference sheets remain available without purchase.
