Five-tier rating per frame. Filter-aware trailing (narrowband lenient,
luminance strict). Target-aware weights: galaxies prioritize FWHM,
nebulae prioritize SNR, IFN weights noise 2×. Moon-aware background
thresholds. Per-metric z-scores and clear KEEP/DELETE verdicts.

ORIENTATION-CONSENSUS TRAILING — INDUSTRY FIRST
Circular statistics across 60 stars distinguish real tracking errors
