  Wearable & Health Integrations:
  - Apple Health — reads steps, heart rate, resting heart rate, sleep duration, active calories, and blood oxygen (SpO2) to complement
  your blood test insights. KLU does not write data to Apple Health.
  - Oura Ring — connect your account to sync sleep, readiness, activity, and heart rate data.
  - WHOOP — connect your account to sync recovery, strain, sleep, and workout data.

  All wearable connections are optional and require your explicit authorization.
