API SYNC

Health Exporter detects new HealthKit data (workouts, heart rate, sleep, and more) and syncs it to your endpoint in the background. Choose hourly or daily frequency, configure authentication, and select which categories to include. Large data sets are batched automatically, and progress is saved per category so nothing is lost or duplicated.
