HOW IT WORKS

Pick a champion matched to your condition, so the movements and the pacing suit what you are actually working with.

Workouts are short. Most take a few minutes. No equipment, no gym, no need for it to be a good day.

Movement is how you play. Power Forge, breathing rings, star catching. It is a game you happen to be moving through, not a workout with a scoreboard bolted on.

Streaks that survive a rest day. Most apps break your streak the moment you stop. This one does not.

GENTLE MODE

Flare days happen. Switch on Gentle Mode and everything softens: shorter sessions, easier movements, lower targets. Your streak stays intact.

Nothing in the app frames a low day as a failure, and nothing tries to sell you anything on one.

FOR PARENTS

Children's accounts are set up and managed by a parent behind a consent gate. Parents get a dashboard, progress reports, and control over what their child sees.

No social feed. No user-generated content. No chat with strangers.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
