Freestand Diagnostics

Freestand Diagnostics is the companion app for Freestand training journal backups. Pick a JSON export from Freestand (or a compatible backup) and turn it into readable summaries, tables, and charts—right on your iPhone or iPad.

What you can do

• Import a backup — Open the JSON file you exported from Freestand and load it into the app.
• Review your data — See modality-level summaries for cardio, strength work, stretch sessions, cold baths, and related activity. Library-style content is separated from day-to-day workout logs so the picture stays clear.
• Spot issues — Check backup structure and look for problems such as duplicate IDs before you rely on a file.
• Visualize — Explore tables and charts built from your loaded export.
• Share a report — When you want a snapshot, save a PDF report to Files, iCloud Drive, or wherever you choose using the system share sheet.

Privacy and your data

Processing happens on your device. The app does not require an account to use these features. You decide which file to open and whether to export a PDF; nothing is sent to us for analysis.
