Built exclusively for Lewis & Foy clients, Landlord Portal connects directly to your account so you can check your balance, review transactions, and access important documents wherever you are. No more chasing paperwork or logging into desktop portals. Your Dashboard, At a Glance Open the app and immediately see what matters: your property count, current balance, and recent financial activity. Tap any summary card to dive deeper into the detail behind the numbers. Full Financial Account View your complete transaction history with running balances. Search for specific transactions by keyword, or filter by time period — 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, or set your own custom date range. Tap any transaction to see full details including the property, category, comments, and any attached notes from your Lewis & Foy agent. Invoices and statements are available to view directly within the app. Property Management Browse all your properties managed by Lewis & Foy and tap into a detailed view for each one. See key information including property type, management service level, rent, deposit, EPC rating, and more. View property features like bedrooms, bathrooms, heating, furnishing, parking, and garden details. Each property includes an interactive map showing its location, a dedicated financial account with searchable transactions, and a full compliance section. Compliance Tracking Stay on top of your legal obligations. View the status of Gas Safety certificates (CP12), EICR reports, EPC certificates, and Landlord Licenses for each property — including completion and due dates. Open and review compliance documents as PDFs directly in the app. Tenancy Details View all your tenancies with clear status indicators for both tenancy status and financial standing. See rental amounts, deposit scheme details, and whether a tenancy is in credit or arrears. Drill into payment history to see rent demands, amounts paid, and any outstanding balances.
