Every meaningful conversation creates a claude --resume - uuid command, and before long they end up scattered across terminal scrollback, sticky notes, screenshots, and multiple note apps. Switch to another Mac and the entire trail is gone. Remember my sessions gives those resume IDs a proper home by letting you save sessions with a custom name, colour tag, working directory, and notes about where you stopped and what to do next. Everything stays entirely on your Mac, with no external servers involved. The app also works for far more than Claude Code sessions. You can store any CLI session ID, shell command, SSH host, tmux session, long-running training job, or workflow reference you want to keep accessible instead of losing it in terminal history. A clean sidebar displays every saved session in a scannable list, showing the session title alongside a shortened preview of the resume command, while modified-date timestamps help highlight the most recent work. To stay organised, the app includes nine colour tags, blue, green, orange, red, purple, pink, yellow, teal, and gray, which can be used to sort sessions by project, priority, urgency, or any workflow system you prefer. The selected colour appears throughout the app for quick recognition. The Resume Link panel also includes one-click Copy and Paste actions, making it easy to place a full `claude --resume …` command directly onto your clipboard or instantly import one already copied. Sessions can optionally be linked to a working directory by selecting a folder or pasting a path manually, making it simple to reopen a Terminal window in the correct location before resuming work. A spacious notes field provides room for progress logs, blockers, checklists, design decisions, or reminders for your future self, and everything autosaves as you type.
