THREE WAYS TO STEP AWAY
• Freeze: hold one clean frame. The quiet default, and the lightest on your Mac.
• Bad Connection: loop the last few seconds with a little stutter, so slipping away just looks like a patchy connection.
• Full Loop: replay your last three seconds, gently ping-ponged. Soft, lifelike motion that still reads as "here."

Switch modes from the menu, or trigger your default from anywhere with a global shortcut (⌥⌘F).
