AL Tamkeen

Al Tamkeen is the mobile facility management application developed for Chulia Middle East, designed to support CAFM operations from mobile devices.

The application allows authorised users to access key CAFM services, including Maintenance Request and Corrective Work Order workflows. Users can submit and track maintenance requests, create linked work orders, view work order details, update statuses, manage assignments, upload work progress images, and access completed work order reports.

Al Tamkeen is connected to the existing Chulia CAFM backend and database, helping ensure that mobile activity remains synchronised with the main CAFM system.
