Swaps makes it easier for crew members to find and manage duties to swap.

Publish a duty you want to swap, browse available requests from other crew members and send an offer directly in the app. You can offer another trip in return or simply offer to take the duty.

Once both crew members have agreed, Swaps helps you move forward with the exchange process.
