Live queue: manage the running order for each grotto, drag to reorder, and start or finish a visit in one tap. Today view: every booking for the day with clear status for booked, arrived, in grotto and done. Grotto mode: a locked, full-screen view for the Santa room that keeps everything calm and on script. Walk-ups and changes: add walk-in bookings, record cash payments and handle cancellations on the spot. Offline first: keep working with no signal and let ElfPad sync when the connection returns.
