MitSleep tracks your sleep automatically by monitoring motion through your iPhone's built-in sensors. Simply place your phone next to you in bed, set your sleep window once, and the app takes care of the rest — no buttons to press every night.

The app detects when you fall asleep and when you wake up, builds a nightly motion timeline, and shows your sleep history with weekly averages. All data is stored privately on your device.
