  Review

  First one of the main reasons I buy off this app is because of the verification process. Not to just get a pair of shoes shipped to me from a supposed trusted shipper. I actually got scammed by Goat. I bought a pair of shoes and when they were sent to me the box and shoes were damaged. Funny thing is the box they were shipped in didn’t have a single scratch. So they sent a damaged box and pair on purpose!! I Contacted support they told me to take pictures so I did then they told me to send them back and they would credit my account once the return was accepted. I Sent the shoes back, return was accepted but no credits. Now I’ve been trying for a week to get in contact with someone/anyone but I’ve been completely ignored and ghosted. I have all the emails to prove that Goat scammed me so if you think I’m lying just ask and I’ll show the receipts. So now since Goat has ignored every attempt to contact them I’ve had to go through the bank and dispute the purchase. Sad thing is I actually loved buying shoes off the App. I’ve bought at least 20 to 25 pairs and a few articles of clothing and not once had a problem or complained. So you would think a person who has spent thousands and thousands of dollars on their app has never once had a problem or complained would be treated better. As of now they have my money and have the shoes and all I have are a bunch of emails! This is actually the first time I’ve ever had to dispute a purchase in my life so hopefully I’ll get my money back that way. Surely once I show the bank they have both my money and shoes the bank will stop the transaction at least that’s what I’m hoping for. Just can’t believe that a person who done everything they asked a person who’s never once had a problem or single complaint can just be scammed the way I was.

  Takes forever

  I ordered shoes 6 business days ago, 8 real days, and it’s still is “order confirmed” and nothing else. They haven’t even “boxed ordered”. I was told online it would take 5 business days which is why I chose to order from this scam of a website. And now they say I can’t cancel because you only can 3 hours after placing order. I doubt I’ll get my shoes this calendar year.
