Background When Welding operators are used for pressure welding, operators must be qualified for the welding process. ASME Section IX Table QW-360 list essential variables for operator performance qualification. Operator performance qualification must address all applicable essential variables for qualification. Applicable Code / Edition & Standards The ranges qualified are in accordance with ASME Section IX 2023 Edition.
