PRIMERO Property

PRIMERO Property is an innovative property management app designed to streamline the oversight of residential and commercial buildings. Tailored for property managers, this app combines tenant management, smart device integration, facility booking, and maintenance tracking, making property management smarter, more efficient, and highly connected. - Tenant and Unit Management: Property managers can easily assign tenants to different units and rooms, track occupancy, and manage unit availability. This ensures that tenant details are organized and unit management is seamless, whether for long-term or short-term rentals. - Facility Booking Insights: Tenants use the Primero Smart Home app to book shared building facilities like gyms or meeting rooms. Property managers, through Primero Property, can view and track bookings, ensuring proper use and maintenance of community spaces. - Maintenance and Ticketing System: The app includes a built-in ticketing system for managing maintenance requests. Property managers can create and assign tickets to specific teams (e.g., cleaning, repairs, pest control) to address issues like repairs or fogging services, tracking their resolution from start to finish. - Real-time Notifications: Get instant alerts about key events like new bookings, maintenance ticket updates, or tenant requests. This ensures property managers are always in the loop and can address issues promptly. *Compatible devices required. Some products and features may not be available in all regions.
