CarePOV Behavior Tracking

CarePOV™ Behavior Tracking is a mobile application that
supports community-based staff who provide behavior
services. The application is specifically designed to track
behaviors at the point of care.
Through a tablet, data and session notes
are captured, stored and automatically synchronized to
the person’s electronic health record (EHR), thereby creating
a complete view of the person’s care history.
