Calm Care

Suicide or suicidal ideation is something that can impact anybody at any time.  CALM Care Be Connected App has a two fold purpose, first is to enable a person needing help to access it quickly and timely.  The second is to remind a person when they are struggling that they are worth fighting for and there is hope and help.
It covers just needing a chat to needing immediate crisis care, to having a list of inspirational phrases that may help the user get through another day. As a support person or helper it is your decision whether or not you are included in their list of contacts on the app.
