This Application allows to create three kinds of profile creation namely User, Broker, Member.
The Member profiles will be associated with the app Admin and can post the properties within the app.
The Broker profiles will need to add business name and location while creating profile and can upload properties in the app.
This Application allows user to create profile and uploads properties within the app. The properties may be any category such as  residential, commercial, agricultural ..”etc”  and the properties will be listed on the application which can be accessed by the other users within the application.

The users can create group which can be public or private and any user can place a request for joining in the private group which will be approved by the group admin, and the admin shares all the properties within the group or in the app which will be visible to the group members and app users, group members can chat within the group. 

The users can post any requirements of their own who might be looking to purchase  the property , and this requirement will be access or seen by the other users within the app.
