Mesfi Coaching

The Mesfi Coaching app is designed for clients of trainers who have enrolled in the Mesfi Coaching program. The app will send push notifications and prompt clients to answer yes/no question in regards to comply with healthy habits sent by your coach.  

WHO CAN USE THE APP
Clients can only use the app if they are working with a Mesfi Coaching coach. If you are a Mesfi Coaching client, please contact your coach to receive your invite and login credentials to be able to use this app.

The Mesfi Coaching app allows access to HealthKit, allowing clients to automatically pull in their activity and steps data from Apple Health to their app.
