EFFORTLESS TIME TRACKING
Start and stop timers from the menu bar, a global keyboard shortcut (⌃⇧T), Siri voice commands, or the Shortcuts app. If you forget to stop the timer, away detection alerts remind you. Timers that run past midnight are automatically split by day.

ORGANIZE YOUR WORK
Create projects, assign them to clients, and categorize time with tasks. Color-coded projects make it easy to see where your time goes at a glance: in timesheets, reports, and the desktop widget.

WEEKLY TIMESHEET
See your week at a glance with a familiar grid layout. Projects as rows, days as columns. Click any cell to edit. Navigate by day or week with keyboard shortcuts.

REPORTS & INSIGHTS
View time summaries by week, month, year, or all time. Drill into any project, client, or task to see detailed breakdowns with visual charts. Track billable hours and see charges calculated from your hourly rates.

DESKTOP WIDGET

SIRI & SHORTCUTS
Say “Start timer in ShinyTimer” or “Stop timer in ShinyTimer.” Build custom automations with the Shortcuts app using intents for starting, stopping, resetting, checking status, and logging time.

CSV IMPORT & EXPORT
Export detailed time reports for invoicing or import data from other tools. The 12-column CSV format includes date, project, client, task, notes, times, hours, billable status, and hourly rate.
