DoseNote does not provide medical advice. It is a reminder and tracking tool only. Your data is stored on your device by default. Premium users can enable cloud backup/sync to keep a secure copy in the cloud. You control what you share. Reports are created on-device and shared only when you choose.

PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
DoseNote Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription. Pricing and availability may vary by region. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
