eMotion translates music into colors, creating a fusion between music, colors, and the emotion we feel. It's a color in motion, transforming, pulsing according to the music and reflecting the emotions it arouses in us. Seeing the colors of music reveals them and makes us feel them much more intensely. The color we see is the translation of frequencies, and it just so happens that it corresponds to the emotions the music arouses in us. The app is very simple. Launch it, a window opens, play music you like on your Mac, from the Music app or any other app. Watch, melt into the music and its colors, and you're off on a great trip... For better immersion, put it in full screen and above all, with good sound. You can watch many videos of eMotion in action on the app's website Tips: The app offers two viewing modes. Reactive mode accurately translates the music, it's highly sensitive and responsive, and colors can pulsate very quickly with certain styles of music. Soft mode softens the variations, for a smoother trip. There is also a mode suitable for classical music, which has a narrower frequency spectrum. This mode avoids a too monotonous and cold rendering for classical music or other music with the same type of sound. Warning: This app is not recommended for people with epilepsy. In some music, the colors may pulsate quickly with strong contrasts. Note: This app requests the Screen Recording permission only because macOS requires it for accessing system audio. The app never records or uses your screen.
