Sendum Connect

Sendum Connect provides real-time and historical visibility into Sendum Bluetooth Smartprobes, enabling reliable monitoring of temperature-sensitive assets during transport and storage.

Designed for use with the Sendum BT100 Smartprobe, the app displays live probe and ambient temperature, tilt status, and alarm conditions directly from the probe without requiring an active network connection.

Key capabilities include:

- Live monitoring of probe temperature, ambient temperature, tilt, and alarm states

- Fast Bluetooth scanning and display of BT100 Smartprobes within range

- Downloading historical sensor reports stored on the probe

- Interactive graphical views of historical data within the app

- Secure upload of collected data to the Sendum backend for visibility in the Sendum Platform

Sendum Connect is commonly used in cold-chain and pharmaceutical logistics, including cryogenic and temperature-critical shipments where real-time insight and traceability are essential.

Access to Sendum Connect requires an active Sendum Platform account. The mobile app uses your Sendum Patform credentials to ensure secure access and seamless integration between mobile and web-based monitoring.
