Parkvil Host /Space Manager

A Parkvil Host is an individual or organization that owns or controls parking spaces and makes them available for rent through the Parkvil platform.

Hosts list their spaces on Parkvil, setting availability, pricing, and usage rules.

They are responsible for ensuring that their spaces are accurate, accessible, and properly maintained for drivers/tenants who book them.

Hosts receive earnings from rentals (minus Parkvil’s service fees) through the platform.

Space Managers

In addition to individual hosts, Parkvil allows a Space Manager role:

A space manager can oversee and manage multiple parking spaces across one or more locations.

This is useful for property managers, businesses, or owners with several lots or garages who want centralized control.

Managers can update availability, pricing, and booking rules across different sites within their Parkvil account.

Host = someone who provides a parking space on Parkvil.

Space Manager = a type of host who can manage multiple spaces, possibly in different locations, from one account.
