Live

Our flagship FARMFIT program used to train people on the Farm daily combines low-skill, high-yield functional movements to build strength, fitness, stamina, and long-term durability, helping you stay fit for life and ready for anything.

Daily

This daily program offers a constantly varied mix of  mix modal finishers, engine-style sessions, and longer low-intensity weekend workouts, providing new weekly challenges and community interaction while supporting steady fitness progress as long as recovery is prioritised.

8 Week Beginner Programme

This 8-week program is designed to build foundational strength, movement quality, and fitness, helping you feel capable in and out of the gym while setting you up for everything that comes next

Strong

This program, available in 3- or 4-day-per-week versions, delivers powerlifting and strength training the Farm Fitness way, combining focused main lifts with traditional farm-style strength work and targeted accessory training to boost your squat, bench, and deadlift.

Hyrox

This 12-week HYROX prep program delivers three gym sessions and two run days per week, combining strength work, progressive conditioning, pacing guidance, and a taper week to get you fully race-ready for solo or doubles.

Kids

Three programmes are available, A beginner-friendly Farm Fit Kids programme developing movement foundations, coordination, strength and endurance. a sports performance option to build speed, power and agility; and a a HYROX Kids training programme designed to prepare young athletes for HYROX.

Aesthetics

This 12-week program, uses a mix of bodybuilding movements, progressive strength work, and increasing intensity techniques to help you build an aesthetic physique and maximise muscle growth.

Athx

This 8-week ATHX 2026 prep program uses four weekly training sessions to build the key lift strength and conditioning you need to perform at your best on competition day.

Gain

This progressive two-block program builds foundational strength and muscle, increasing intensity as you move from 3 to 4 training days per week with clearly structured sessions across all key movement patterns.
