SPEARHEAD is a research tool designed to explore and predict individual response to spironolactone therapy in patients with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF). Built on a gradient-boosting (XGBoost) model, it provides individualized estimates of treatment effect for research and validation purposes. It is powered by the model presented in the following study:  10.1016/j.ebiom.2023.104795.
