ChalkUp uses auto‑renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features.

Individual Membership (Athletes & Parents):
Designed for individual athletes and parents. Unlocks full access to ChalkUp performance tracking, training diary, mental health check‑ins, welfare alerts, and personalised training tools for a single account with no limit restrictions!
Club Memberships (Coaches, Club Owners & Welfare Officers):
Designed for clubs. Club roles can choose from multiple membership tiers sized by the number of athletes in the club (for example, up to 50, 100, 250, 500 or 1000 athletes). Each tier unlocks club‑wide access to TrampHub’s club management tools, shared training plans, attendance and history tracking, mental health and welfare features for all athletes in the club.
Role restrictions:
Athletes and Parents can subscribe only to the Individual Membership. Coaches, Club Owners and Welfare Officers can subscribe only to the Club Membership tiers.

Subscription terms
Subscriptions are auto‑renewing and are billed to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
