QUICK, OPTIONAL CHECK-INS
Every field is optional. Note symptoms, energy, mood, sleep, cravings, movement, or a written note without answering anything unrelated. Whatever you skip stays blank. Vela never records a default as though you chose it.

PERIOD HISTORY WITHOUT GUESSWORK
Save period start and end dates, plus optional flow, timing, symptoms, mood, and notes. Vela does not predict ovulation, fertile windows, or future period dates, because irregular cycles make those estimates unreliable. You see the dates you recorded and the cycle lengths they produced.

PATTERNS YOU CAN CHECK
After you have answered on a few different days, Vela shows how often something appeared, over what timeframe, and out of how many days. Several notes on one day still count as one day. Vela describes what you recorded and never claims one thing caused another.

APPOINTMENT PREPARATION
Build a 14-day summary of the symptoms, period dates, and notes you recorded. Remove any section before you share it. The summary states plainly that it contains user-recorded information and is not a diagnosis.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
No account is required. Your entries stay on your iPhone with iOS file protection unless you export them yourself. Apple Health access is optional and read-only, and Vela never writes to Health. You can export everything you have entered, or delete all of it, from You > Privacy and Data.

SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
Vela Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or annually. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it anytime in your Apple Account settings.
