How it works 1 session with no explicit break → recommended break (adaptive) or fixed break per your settings. ≥ 2 sessions: if no explicit break exists, WorkClock computes the gap (elapsed time − worked time). Rounding is applied at the day level (not per session). You stay in control: everything is editable before export.
