SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

Owl VIP Email Alerts is free to download. A paid subscription is required to connect a Gmail account and use Owl VIP’s email notification features.

Choose the Single Inbox plan for one monitored Gmail inbox, or the Up to 3 Inboxes plan for separate settings across multiple inboxes.

PRIVACY & GMAIL PERMISSIONS

Owl uses Google Sign-In and the Gmail API to deliver notifications based on your rules.

By default, Owl uses Gmail metadata such as sender and subject. Optional snippet previews require Gmail read-only access.

Owl does not send email, modify your messages, delete your messages, or store email content on our servers.

Owl’s backend is hosted on Google Cloud.
