Workraft Manage is the manager-side companion to the Workraft workforce operations platform. Built for fast, mobile-first oversight: see who is on shift right now, approve incoming time-off and shift requests with one tap, and check schedules from your phone — without opening the laptop.

  • Inbox — review and approve or reject employee requests (time-off, time edits, expense claims, shift swaps) with inline comments.
  • Schedule — browse the day's assignments grouped by place. See who's scheduled, who's arrived, who's running late.
  • People — search the employee directory, view places and clients in scope, drill into details.
  • Profile — switch language (English, Hebrew with full right-to-left layout, Russian, Simplified Chinese), toggle theme, sign out.

  PRIVACY-FIRST DESIGN

  Workraft Manage does NOT collect your location, photos, microphone, contacts, or calendar data. We collect only what is needed to operate the manager workflow: name and email for sign-in, device push tokens for notifications, and anonymous crash logs to keep the app stable.
