ScreenShelf by QuietWare

ScreenShelf is a visual workspace for the files, folders, screenshots, images, apps, links, text snippets, research, and project materials you are actively using. Add items to your shelf and keep them ready to open without repeatedly searching through Finder, Downloads, browser tabs, or a crowded desktop. Each item is displayed visually, making your current workspace faster to scan and easier to navigate. Create separate pages for different projects, clients, subjects, or workflows, then personalize them with custom names, icons, colors, images, and labels. Sort your content into the arrangement that works best for you and switch between pages whenever your focus changes. The Recents panel automatically keeps newly captured screenshots nearby, helping you locate the latest capture without interrupting your workflow. Choose between Light, Dark, and Glass (Apple Silicon) appearances to match your desktop, and pin ScreenShelf above other windows when you need your shelf to remain available. Whether you are writing, coding, designing, studying, researching, planning, or collecting temporary materials, ScreenShelf gives you a flexible place to organize everything connected to the work in front of you.
