  Deceptive Billing: Sells Tickets to Closed Venues, Refuses Refunds

  Do not trust DICE with your money. On Sept 19, DICE allowed me to purchase nearly $300 in tickets at 4:06 AM for an event at Factory Town closing at 5:00 AM. When we arrived at 4:15 AM, the gate was fully locked—the venue had ended admissions early and security instructed us to get a refund from DICE because the app shouldn't have sold them. DICE rep 'Moustapha' refused our refund by misquoting Clause 12.1 (claiming the venue has the right to refuse entry without refund), twisting a behavioral policy to cover DICE selling unfulfillable inventory. Our tickets were never scanned. Since then, DICE support has completely ghosted my follow-up tickets. This is an unethical platform that takes your money for closed events and hides behind canned responses.

  Selling tickets you can't use is nearly impossible

  If you can't make it to a show, DICE makes it extremely difficult to resell your ticket. The day before the event, StubHub told me it wouldn't display my listing because there wasn't enough time to transfer the ticket from DICE. Don't buy tickets here unless you're certain you'll attend.
