from the App Store listing专注食光是一个番茄钟软件。开始专注前，你先进行“点单”，从app内的5类26种食物中选择自己想要的。你可以选择“立即送达”，下单后立即开始专注，你也可以选择“预约配送”，选择未来的时间进行预约专注。预约的专注时间到时，app会向你发送通知，提醒你开始。
专注时，没一分钟都可以获得一个专注点数，若点数多于你点的食物所需，就可以将点数存入账户内。专注时不要提前退出哦！提前退出会扣除20点数，也无法获得所点的食物。
专注结束后，你会获得你点的食物、这个食物获得的饱腹度以及一张它对应的贴纸。饱腹度达到百分之百会解锁成就，而贴纸则可以在贴纸池中使用。
app还有日程表功能，上面有每日的专注时间、获得的食物以及未来预约专注活动的记录。
