Orario Office is a private employee time-tracking application designed exclusively for internal use by organizations. The app is installed on a company-owned iPad configured as a shared kiosk and placed at the office entrance. Employees clock in and out by entering a unique 6-digit code assigned to them by their employer. The app is not intended for individual or public use. To help HR administrators verify attendance records, the app captures a standard photo using the device’s front-facing camera at the moment of clock-in or clock-out. These images are used solely for manual visual verification by authorized company staff. Important privacy notes: The app does not perform facial recognition. The app does not collect or process biometric data. Photos are not analyzed, not used for automation, and not shared with third parties. All images are securely stored on the company’s internal server and retained only according to the organization’s data retention policy. Access to the app is restricted to employees of participating organizations and is managed entirely by the employer.
