SEVEN Actuator

Industrial valves in process technology are automated with SEVEN electric actuators. They form the interface between valve and the distributed control system in the plant.


The SEVEN App allows flexible and fast actuator setting and configuration using modern  smartphones or tablets. This saves both – time and money for commissioning and maintenance. The App offers comprehensive configuration and diagnostic options, easy and straightforward. Actuator connection is made via Bluetooth interface (if available and configured on the actuator).


The App offers a simple option to read out actuator data, allowing efficient, competent and customer-friendly service. Comprehensive service and device data of your actuators can be read via Bluetooth and shared e.g. via e-mail or messenger as snapshot files.


For better protection against unauthorized access, SEVEN user levels/accounts are now governed by means of the proven SEVEN User Management System.


The SEVEN App is a commissioning, operation, and parameterization software for SEVEN actuators and offers the following functions: 
•	Connection via Bluetooth 
•	Fast Bluetooth data transfer
•	Fast current operating status of the actuator at a glance
•	Fast display of major actuator information 
•	Indication and modification of configuration parameters
•	Reading and transfer of all time-stamped operational device data (datalogger) of the actuator via e-mail or messenger to your computer device for detailed analysis
•	Reading and transfer of snapshots (STE-file) via e-mail or messenger to your preferred service contact (for remote diagnostics by an experienced service expert)
•	Scanning the data matrix codes of your name plates to record simple device information such as the serial numbers and order data of your SEVEN device
•	Available in several languages
•	The following functions are available, depending on the activated user level:
-	Remote actuator control for commissioning 
-	Setting the end positions
