GENADHECAR

GENADHECAR is a screening and decision support tool developed for healthcare professionals. It helps assess the risk of non-adherence to statin treatment in patients undergoing secondary cardiovascular prevention.

Validated with a gender perspective
The tool is based on the GENADHECAR questionnaire, a scientifically validated instrument developed to consider sex and gender differences in medication adherence. This approach allows a more precise assessment of each patient's needs.

Backed by research
This app is the result of the GENADHECAR research project (Code: PI20/01304), funded by the Carlos III Health Institute and FEDER funds. The project was carried out by researchers from the Primary Care Research Center (CIAP) at Universidad Miguel Hernández (UMH).
