BreathLyft is a modular routine builder for every kind of practice.
Not just a breath app — design step-by-step voice-guided sessions for meditation, mantra japa, yoga poses, affirmations, therapy protocols, study cycles, vocal training, sleep routines and interval workouts.

Key ideas

Folders → Tasks → Steps: Organize nested folders. Create Tasks that are Single-step (title, duration, word, repeats) or Multi-step (sequence of steps with per-step words, durations, repeats).

Voice-first, hands-free: The app speaks each step so users can keep eyes closed, be in posture, or move.

Flexible templates: Import default modules (Breathwork, Mantra, Yoga Flows, Focus/Pomodoro, HIIT, Vocal Exercises, Therapy Protocols). Edit and chain tasks to build full sessions.

Work & study: Use BreathLyft for Pomodoro cycles, timed study drills, or rehab exercises with audible cues.

Health & therapy: Clinicians/coaches can create repeatable protocols (breath rehab, CBT exercises, exposure tasks) and share templates.

Personal sādhanā: Build spiritual practices — combine mantra counts, breath retention, and asana holds with custom spoken cues.

Offline ready: Practice anywhere — low bandwidth, no internet required once templates are loaded.
