  Embarrassing and nonexistent service

Placed an order. Expected delivery time was delayed 2x for a total of 30min. Asked for a different courier and they obliged. New delivery time was nearly 70min after I placed it for a place that’s 5min down the rd. Then after a total of 80min after i initially placed the order, Uber Eats canceled it with no explanation. Absolutely wasting my time and causing a major inconvenience. If they’d just notified me sooner I could’ve ordered food from elsewhere or picked it up myself much sooner. Did absolutely nothing to even apologize for the mistake and inconvenience

  waste of time

I ordered food and waited about 3 hours. They kept changing drivers, and after they finally found a driver and he got to the place to pick up the food, they said my order was canceled. Like are we serious? I just waited all that time for nothing. And don’t even get me started on the plans they have, like Uber One and the yearly one. All a scam. They don’t even give you any good deals, and if they do, they only take like $2 off your order. I’m honestly just disappointed.
