Understand Your Parkinson’s. Take Control of Your Care. Privacy Guaranteed. Living with Parkinson’s disease means living with constant change. Symptoms can vary from hour to hour. Medications may work differently from one day to the next. It can be difficult to remember exactly what happened between doctor appointments, making it challenging for you and your neurologist to see the complete picture. Parkinson’s LifeKit was created to solve that problem. Instead of relying on memory alone, LifeKit helps you document your Parkinson’s journey with quick, easy assessments and daily tracking. Record tremor, dexterity, voice, cognition, memory, mood, dyskinesia, medication phases, and other symptoms in just minutes a day. Over time, those small check-ins become meaningful trends that help you recognize patterns, understand how your symptoms are changing, and have more informed conversations with your healthcare team. Parkinson's LifeKit also helps you stay on top of your treatment. Track every medication you take, schedule reminders so you never miss a dose, and visualize how your symptoms change throughout the day as medications begin working, reach their peak, and wear off. If you use Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS), you can set alerts for when it's time to recharge your device. Powerful built-in charts make it easy to see your recent progress at a glance. Whether you’re looking at the last week, month, or longer-term trends, your data is transformed into clear, easy-to-understand graphs. When it’s time for an appointment, you can export professional charts and your raw data, making it easier to share objective information with your neurologist, therapist, or research team. The new Parkinson’s AI Assistant (iOS 27+) brings the latest advances in on-device Apple Intelligence to your care. More than a chatbot, it acts as a knowledgeable companion that understands Parkinson’s disease and helps you understand your own assessment data. Ask questions about symptoms, medications, treatments, DBS, or daily living. Receive clear, evidence-based explanations in plain language. The AI Assistant can also interpret your assessments, identify trends across multiple assessments, explain what changes may mean, and help connect information that might otherwise be difficult to recognize. Because Parkinson’s Assistant runs securely on your device, your personal health information stays private. Your data never leaves your iPhone, giving you powerful AI assistance without compromising your privacy. Your assessment data automatically syncs across your iPhone, iPad, and other devices using the same Apple Account, so your records are always available when you need them. The new companion Apple Watch app lets you view your overall health score, helping you stay connected to your care without reaching for your phone. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have lived with Parkinson’s for many years, Parkinson’s LifeKit helps replace uncertainty with understanding. It empowers you to recognize patterns, prepare for appointments, monitor treatments, and become an active partner in your own care. Designed by someone living with Young Onset Parkinson’s and shaped with input from neurologists, therapists, caregivers, researchers, and the Parkinson’s community, Parkinson’s LifeKit is more than a symptom tracker. It’s a compassionate companion dedicated to helping you understand today, prepare for tomorrow, and live with greater confidence every day.
